We offer full refunds or resends for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. You can keep the mistaken item. However, returns for size or preference changes are not accepted. Customers can choose to return unwanted items at their own expense to our China warehouse for future stocking. Once the order is placed there will be no refunds after 24 hours.
